Housing market stabilises in the west

It was announced on BBC Points West News yesterday (15th April 2009) that the local housing market in the west is stabilising.

This report confirms what local estate agents have been suggesting for the past month, that there are clear signs that the local market is getting better with properties now selling.

Although this is only a local report, buyers confidence could begin to grow further from this and things could eventually start to move in the right direction again.
